    Process

  • UpdateSupply Orders (created by procurement) for each workshop everyday in Winrest byusing the tablet.
  • Checkproduction stock with kitchens supervisors and chefs to avoid extra stock.
  • Ensurethat the proper quantity (per packaging) is entered into the system and not theitem quantity.
  • Reportinformation daily if there are any items that is not correct (packaging issue,hidden item...)
  • Informproduction management once a Supply Order is ready for check and validation.

  • Mustbe actively operationally involved with Production projects.
  • Anyother reasonable task that may be required by management

    • Perfil

    Qualifications

  • Grade 12
  • Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain
  • Knowledge of HACCP an advantage
  • Fully Competent in Microsoft Office

    • Experience

  • 2 Years' Experience

  • Communication
  • Organisational
  • Abililty to conduct accurate quality, quantity and product checks, CCP & Temperature Recording
  • Ability to follow job and safety instructions
