    Description

    This role is responsible for the overall management of the Gauteng business unit with the following key performance areas:

    • Execute Company Strategy
    • Manage existing contracts and ensure SLA compliance through a group of technical / site / service managers and administrative staff
    • Grow the customer base by actively canvassing for new business and achieve growth targets
    • Customer engagement through formal monthly meetings
    • Manage financial performance of the region
    • Ensure an engaged workforce
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems
    • Customer relationship management

    Requirements

    • 10+ years management experience of hard services (HVAC / Electrical) in the built environment
    • Understanding of the customer base and expectations in the built environment
    • Qualification in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering (Beneficial)

    Qualification in business management (Beneficial)
