- Maintain systems and ensure processed correctly / Klari-T/ Sharepoint)
- Capturing Fuel Consumptions
- Updating reports & data capturing
- Scanning Documents and electronic housekeeping of Compliance documents
- Monitoring Expiry deadlines
- Claims (investigating and insurance submission)
- Issuing & Maintaining Stock (Driver related – PPE / Devices / Books / Cellphones etc)
- Managing Asset registers (Devices / Laptop cell phones etc)
- Monitor Device usage & repairs.
- HR Assistance
- SHERQ assistance
- DriveCam clip assistance
- Matric
- Experience in SHERQ / RTMS
- Previous experience within a similar position would be beneficial
- Computer Literate (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
- Own transport is required
- Excellent transport knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, and Excel in particular)
- Well organised, Meticulous
- Knowledge or have worked in Logistics Transport beneficial
- Use own initiative
- Work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work under pressure
