customers in a professional manner.
ï'· Working with the Huawei Canteen Committee to
ensure the canteen operates profitably.
Ensuring that all Fresh And Huawei staff comply with
all relevant policies and procedures as outlined by the
Canteen Committee.
ï'· Ability to read and write both English & Mandarin.
ï'· Willingness to assist to perform the required functions
of a Health and Safety Representative.
Management of canteen staff & volunteers.
ï'· Canteen operation.
ï'· Effective communication.
ï'· Management of manuals, policies and procedures.
ï'· Liaison with Canteen Committee
ï'· Financial management and record keeping.
ï'· Stock management.
ï'· Ensuring canteen security.
ï'· Planning Special Events.
ï'· Miscellaneous duties
Management of all staff in building 14, ensuring
suitable inductions covering hygiene, OHS, customer
service and any other relevant points.
ï'· Ensure staff and customers (where relevant) are aware
of all canteen manuals, policies and procedures
including:
ï'· Food & Drink Policy
ï'· Food handling practices and regulations to prevent
food spoilage and contamination.
ï'· Money handling policies and recording of sales &
expenses.
ï'· Occupational Health and Safety
ï'· In conjunction with the Canteen Committee,
encourage volunteers to help with the daily running of
the canteen.
ï'· Develop ongoing positive relationships with staff and
volunteers.
ï'· Performance review of staff.
