• HR Diploma (Preferred)
• Human Resources administration: 2 to 3 years solid HR Officer / Administration experience.
• Human Resources officer / administrator: 3 years Preferred)
• Experience in the Human Resources field Full Function, in the mining, construction or manufacturing sector will be an advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Preferably a qualification in Human Resources
• Recruitment full function.
• Experience in the Human Resources field Full Function, in the mining, construction or manufacturing sector will be an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of South African Labour Law (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA and OSHA)>
• IR Informal and Formal discipline.
• Understanding of SLPs.
• Understand and booking of medical.
• Training and EE experience.
• HRIS maintenance, continuous update and administration
• (HRIS capturing, confirmation of employment, etc)
• Employee records and Files updated daily
• HR Audits
• Employee Relations Administration
• Contracts / job offers administration.
• Drawing up of KPIs and job descriptions
• Full HR Departmental Administration
• Employee Engagement Activities / events
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literacy a must MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
