    Role Summary:

    We are seeking an organized and motivated Internal Sales Assistant to join our Sales and Sales Administration team. As an Internal Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing customer service, processing sales orders, and supporting our Account Managers. Your responsibilities will include developing sales with existing customers, gaining new business opportunities, and ensuring reliable customer feedback.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
    • Process incoming sales orders accurately and efficiently
    • Provide excellent customer service and support
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
    • Liaise with internal departments for effective customer experience
    • Assist in administrative tasks and support external sales teams

    Essential Requirements for this Position:

    • A valid driver''s license, reliable transportation, and at least a Matric qualification is essential.
    • Impeccable presentation and an approachable demeanor are prerequisites.
    • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
    • Effective communication is a fundamental requirement for this role, primarily involving engaging with customers via telephone to introduce our company, services, and products.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and punctuality are critical attributes.
    • This role may involve a busy work environment.
