    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • To ensure a LEAN, safe and efficient production in all the production lines.
  • To ensure we pay detailed attention to the quality standards and that they are met at each and every point in the production lines.
  • To manage staff well to ensure they are disciplined and comply with the Freudenberg rules and policy and maintain all the daily, weekly and monthly checks and reporting.
  • To achieve all the production KPI's, i.e. daily output, FTBY, Waste reduction, etc., by monitoring the staff and organizing workflows to ensure proper staff and equipment utilization.
  • To timeously complete the SAP processing, reporting for production, LPMS and weekly stock takes.

    • Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualification
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
  • Understanding of Lean Production Management System
  • Computer literacy and soft maintenance
