    Description

    Hire Resolve's client is currently looking for an Assistant Manager with experience in the pharmaceutical industry to join their team in Gauteng. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager in overseeing the operations of the company's GP (Generic Pharmaceutical) division.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supporting the Manager in developing and implementing strategies for business growth.
    • Assisting in managing the sales team and ensuring sales targets are met.
    • Monitoring market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective product distribution.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and distributors.
    • Identifying and resolving any operational issues or bottlenecks.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
    • Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and quality control standards
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in computer software and inventory management systems
