• Filing & completion of Tender files
• Update tenders awarded reports and track reports.
• Monthly reporting of purchases above R100k to National Treasury & City of
Johannesburg.
• Provide procurement administrative support activities to other Managers and User
Departments
• Approve departmental quotations evaluations.
• Reviews departmental quotations
• Database annual invitations selection of prospective providers.
• Develop evaluation criteria and monitor the annual performance of service providers.
