    Description

    The job may include the following responsibilities:
    Experience manipulating data with Microsoft Excel
    Maintaining the CRM Package
    Data Capturing within a minimum daily target and defined accuracy of work
    Preparation and sending of the mailshots
    Any other Training Co-ordinator / Data Capturer related Job functions
    Performing training related administration & co-ordination
    General office administration
    Dealing with Unsubscribes
    Reception and switchboard Duties
    Answering & screening of incoming telephones calls in order to transfer to the appropriate person.
    Any Ad Hoc duties such as stock take, shop sales, answering of telephones and washing dishes etc.
    You will ensure work standards are maintained ,prepare and send mail shots, consistently clean and analyse and maintain large volumes of data and all the above related duties
    Matric and 3 years working experience of whiich two will have been in a similar role.
    Highly proficient in MS excel advanced and MS Access and SQl would be highly beneficial.
    Excellent oraland written communication skills, strong under pressure and able to work independently
    Medical aid in CTC package
