    Description

    Neo Group is a leading company in the industry, and we are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader who is fluent in Portuguese to join our dynamic team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a team of employees to ensure optimal performance and achievement of goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
    • Monitor team performance and ensure that targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
    • Train and onboard new team members, ensuring their successful integration into the team.
    • Assist in the resolution of customer escalations and complex issues.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
    • Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance team efficiency.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

    Requirements

    • Fluent in Portuguese, both written and spoken.
    • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a customer service or call center environment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
    • Ability to handle and resolve customer escalations and complex issues.
