    Our client has an opportunity available for a Call Centre Manager in Direct Sales based in Midrand.

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge and understanding of systems and workflow processes.
    • Knowledge of Telesales processes, financial services, etc.

    Responsibilities:

    • Translate business growth targets into sales targets.
    • Develop and implement operating plans in line with sales strategies, policies and procedures.
    • Manage sales activities in line with agreed performance measures and operating budgets.
    • Ensure that call centre processes reflect best practice.
    • Identify training an coaching needs for team members.
    • Provide input into the development of sales strategies, polies and procedures.
