I am an assertive, punctual, accountable,  target driven and hard working individual. I am extremely passionate about meeting new people and learning different lifestyles and cultures. I feel that it is necessary for me to give 100% to whatever I put my mind to. I believe that you should live your life with everything that you stand for and believe in and be happy at all times. 

I am a hard working individual with excellent telephonic skills, excellent communication skills and exceptional customer service skills. I have 8 years of customer service experience in various call centre environments both inbound and outbound which makes it easy for me to deal with customers on any level. I am currently employed at Rain telecommunications which is competitive, challenging yet exciting. I feel that hard work,  commitment and dedication pays off in the end. Putting customers first, and being able to bring a smile on their faces is more than enough for me.
