    Description

    Short Intro and About the Role

    • To spearhead innovations and enhance productivity initiatives for the DSA CBU.
    • Act as project leader for various Product Development Projects, including:
      • Developing new and upgraded primary and secondary packaging.
      • Expanding existing product lines with new flavors and formats.
      • Introducing groundbreaking innovations.
      • Enhancing products for superior performance.
      • Relaunching products.
      • Coordinate activities across all key departments to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery aligned with the brief.
      • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and present gate change requests at internal meetings.
      • Prevent scope creep to avoid delays and extra expenses.
      • Challenge decisions to identify optimal solutions for project-related issues.
    • Lead Productivity Projects, including:
      • Onboarding new suppliers.
      • Optimizing products for cost-effectiveness.
      • Extending product shelf life.
      • Manage responsibilities similar to new product development projects.
    • Advocate for correct project management processes:
      • Ensure compliance with the Danone InnoPro process and secure stage gate approval when necessary.
      • Ensure the accuracy and collaboration of key stakeholders in volume and P&L projections before finalizing assumptions.
      • Provide training on the InnoPro process to new employees in partner functions.
      • Implement identified best practices.
    • Track and Report:
      • Generate reports monitoring project KPIs.
      • Create and monitor project timelines.
    • Communication:
      • Effectively manage all stakeholders' needs and CBU requirements for Project Management Performance.
      • Conduct necessary project meetings and follow up with detailed meeting minutes.

      About You

      • Requirements:
        • Hold an Undergraduate degree in engineering, business, or related discipline.
        • Preferably possess Project Management Professional certification.
