    Remuneration: R p/m plus benefits

    Purpose Of The Job:

    New Car Sales Manager required for a luxury brand passenger vehicle Dealership. Join this winning team overseeing the Sales department of a world renowned brand

    Duties:
    • Manage the vehicle new sales department
    • Control varied activities at an optimal pace to achieve required targets
    • Ensure sales and CSI targets are met / exceeded
    • Grow market share
    • Deal Builder
    • Manage the frontline and administrative staff, ensuring all functions operate at optimum levels
    • Control departmental expenses and ensure timeous payment by customers
    • Ensure good relationships with the manufacturer, customers, service, and parts department
    • Implement and maintain value-adding processes in the department
    • Motivate, Inspire, And Involve Sales Staff
    Requirements
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience on a managerial level within the automotive industry
    • Motivational personality
    • Able to create Sales using all methods, including Social Media etc
    • Team player
    • Target/Goal driven
    • Extremely good with client relationships
    • Must have a proven track record. Proof will be required to be submitted
    • Stable working career Essential
