Requirements:


  • Previous work history in similar environment of at least five years.
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Experience in setting sales targets and goals.
  • Business Administration qualification advantageous.
  • Strong people and interpersonal engagement.
  • Excellent leadership abilities and people management skills.
  • Probing and analytical approach.
  • Strong clientallied approach.
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation communication.
  • Own vehicle essential.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:

  • Adopt a stakeholder-inclusive approach, by building strong working relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Effective and sustained management of all complaints to resolution with a view of retaining and repairing client relationship.
  • Regular meetings with clients.
  • Represent company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of product offering.
  • All service and incident related telephone calls and tickets responded to within prescribed SLA.
  • Escalation point for complaints from stakeholders, to track attendance to, and resolution of, problems and incidents.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the sales team. Assist with the recruitment within the sales team.
  • Generation of sales amongst client accounts, including upselling and crossselling.
  • Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecast to management.
  • Communicate client needs to technical teams and other areas of the business.
  • Forecast and track client account metrics.
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to achieve client goals whilst meeting company goals.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts whilst remaining up to date with new products and competition status.
  • Ensure that multiple clients are maintained consistently and concurrently whilst meeting deadlines.
