Requirements:

Matric
Basic Bookkeeping
Experience working in a Rebate / SARS Bond store
Computer literate
Leadership & Communication skills
Attention to detail
Be prepared to work overtime and on weekends when necessary

Duties and responsibilities:

Daily update of SARS register book
Ensuring stock on hand is balancing when comparing Sage and register book
Attached delivery note on overseas shipments once checked.
Receive and file all closed work orders
Create and files all documents relating to overseas shipment.
Compile and send documents to the bank relating to evidence of importation
Assist with rain umbrella frames issues
Install bill of entry numbers after shipment has been allocated
Create work orders of expired stock or sample stock
Update on upcoming expiring rebated fabric and frames
Update available stock on rain frames and covers and advise on reject covers and frames
Advise Stock Pickers, which shipment to supply first as per FIFO system.
Update register on rebated stock sent to sample department.
