    Are you a passionate nail technician with a knack for inspiring and educating others? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy sharing your expertise? If so, we want you on our team Shernairs Spa & Beauty Training located in Bardene, Boksburg

    We are seeking a highly motivated Nail Technician Facilitator to join our growing school/salon.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and deliver engaging curriculum for nail technician training programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
    • Effectively instruct students in all aspects of nail care, including theory, application techniques, sanitation, and safety protocols.
    • Provide individualized feedback and coaching to students to help them master their skills.
    • Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters creativity and confidence.
    • Evaluate student progress through practical assessments and written exams.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in the nail industry by attending workshops and conferences (optional).
    • May assist with administrative tasks related to the nail technician program (optional).

    Qualifications:

    • Qualification documents as a Nail Technician (or equivalent qualification in your region).
    • Minimum of 1-2 years experience working as a successful nail technician.
    • Prior teaching or instructing experience (a plus).
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
    • Ability to effectively demonstrate nail techniques and explain concepts clearly.
    • Passion for the nail industry and a commitment to student success.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
