    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Paarl.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and completion of construction projects on time, within budget and within scope.


    The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

    • Developing project plans, including defining project goals and objectives, specifying tasks or how goals will be achieved, what resources are needed, and determining budgets
    • Establishing project timelines and monitoring progress
    • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
    • Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
    • Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team
    • Providing project updates on a regular basis
    • Ensuring project deliverables are met according to quality standards
    • Assisting with the development of project proposals
    • Assisting with the development of project budgets
    • Assisting with the development of project schedules
    • Assisting with the development of project plans
    • Assisting with the development of project reports
    • Assisting with the development of project presentations
    • Assisting with the development of project deliverables
    • Assisting with the development of project risk management plans
    • Assisting with the development of project change management plans
    • Assisting with the development of project closure plans

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
    • Proven experience as a Construction Project Coordinator or similar role
    • Knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods
    • Knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
    • Knowledge of project management software
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Problem-solving aptitude
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
