Description
We are currently looking for a Project Manager/Project Coordinator, that has extensive experience working on upmarket residential project. The role is office based.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports
  • Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
  • Creating of construction schedules.
  • Managing project management documents.
  • Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks
  • Creating of construction programs

Requirements:


  • Project Management certification
  • Knowledge working on Project Management software
  • 3+ Years of residential project management experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R15, R35,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Paarl,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:


  • Project management: 3 years (required)
