- Handle upset clients with empathy and provide satisfactory resolutions to their issues.
- Manage the quoting and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets using Google Sheets/Excel for various purposes, including budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Assist with payroll processing and related tasks as needed.
- Organize tasks and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines efficiently.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Familiarity with Asana.
