About Zeenat Wessels:

I have 7 years of customer service experience, two of those years, I worked in a BPO call centre and worked in 3 different campaigns. I have experience in reservations, flight bookings and any amendments or changes to flights, I also have experience in customer support via phone and webchat. I have experience in working with Microsoft office applications, QuickBooks, AWS. 

 

I am a person who is very eager to learn and do my best to apply what I have learnt. I am analytical and strive to provide excellent service and work. I do pick up on things quite easily.

I have worked as a creditors clerk, cashier, floor controller, operator, receptionist and customer service administrator.
