    Description

    Safety Officer Cape Town Salary Market-Related

    Function:

    The purpose of this role is to monitor and review OSHEM across sites and in the environment, to identify risks and to recommend corrective action. The role is also responsible for making sure that all statutory requirements of the OSH Act are complied with on sites managed by consultants and the companies sites.

    Qualifications:

    An NQF 5 qualification in Health and Safety is required. / SACMPCP registered - must be valid

    Experience:

    3 5 years in OSHEM in the built environment is required

    Experience in the Construction environment a must.

    Must have a drivers license.

    Key Performance Areas:

    OSHEM Compliance, OSHEM Auditing OSHEM Administration, OSHEM Reporting
