Key Performance Areas
Departmental Internship:
 Assiting the chief works inspector on multiple sites along the N2 gateway as well as general office and site admin
 Updating progress reports on site
 Snagging and de-snagging of houses
 Quality control inspections
 Handing over of house to the beneficiaries within the Joe Slovo housing scheme
INTZ Designs:
 General management and administration of the drawing office which inter alia includes drawing preliminary and
final council submissions
 Meeting with various departments including Land Use Management (CCT), Western Cape Heritage Department,
Transport CCT) Fire Department and BDM plans examiners (CCT)
 Client consultations as well as consultaions with CCT town and reginal planners
INTZ Construction:
 Managing director
 Subcontracting on various Departmental and City Of Cape Town Projects
 Project managed under a framework contractor City Interiors on a R10 000 000 Department of Public Works
Project managing multiple sub-contracting teams. This included drafting the program of works for the entire
project duration.
 On site experience in wetworks, civil works, carpentry, painting, roofing and cladding as well as structural concrete
works and formwork.
 Quantifying and generating BOQ’s for residential projects
 Work scheduling
 Just In time procurement
 Meeting with departmental project professional team providing progress on project in both progress meetings as
well as raising all queries relating to site in technical meetings.
 Compiling early warnings and compensation events as per the NEC 3 contract
 Liaising with Health and Safety Officer and performing on site OHS duties relating to health and safety file
 Assuring all safety precautions are in place OHSA is adhered to at all times
 On site COVID 19 compliance officer 
 

I have with some delay under COVID 19 circumstance graduated with a Bachelor of technology degree at the
Cape Peninsula University Of Technology in early 2021. This was done part time whilst successfully running a construction company and
working at a small architectural drafting office. In 2017 I completed my Diploma in Architectural Technology at CPUT.
