    Operations Administrator Bellville South Market-related Salary

    Duties:

    Quotes and Pro-Formas.

    Invoices.

    Bookings.

    Email and call queries.

    Wright out hire contract for jobs.

    Time sheets

    Check clock cards

    Keep updated list off all PPE.

    Diesel bouser order numbers.

    Workshop order numbers.

    Update fleet operation sheet daily.

    Customer:

    Send confirmation of booking.

    Ensure we have order number for job.

    Request invoice.

    Ensure delivery note and invoice is sent.

    Supplier:

    Send confirmation of loading details.

    Ensure we have order number for job.

    Request invoice.

    Request delivery note.

    Accounts:

    Request bank statement and load onto online Pastel.

    Allocate the payments to the customer and supplier accounts.

    Ensure customer and supplier accounts details are up to date.

    Assist customer and supplier with any quarries they have.

    Send invoices to customers.

    Send monthly statements.

    Keep file up to date with orders, invoices, payments, purchase orders and delivery notes.

    Update daily movement sheet.
