    Description

    Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced H&S (Health and Safety) Senior Manager to join our client's team. As the H&S Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the company's health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

    Our client is a leading company in the industry, known for its commitment to safety and excellence. They are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual who can drive the company's health and safety efforts to the next level.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and evaluate safety measures
    • Provide safety training and education programs to employees
    • Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and best practices
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a culture of safety within the organization

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in health and safety management
    • Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (such as CSP or CIH) is preferred
    • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to influence and drive change
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
