    Description
    Minimum requirements:
    To provide clients with an efficient and effective claims service and support in respect of their claims
    • Full qualification at NQF Level 4
    • Class of Business Training (if applicable)
    • FAIS Regulatory Exam (RE5)
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
    • Attention to detail and a systematic, thorough approach
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Excellent conflict-handling skills
    • Highly competent with MS Office Suite, Paperless environment, and workflow experience
    • The registration and maintenance of all motor and non-motor claims on existing policies
    • Handling all claims until finality and within the Company mandates
    • Ongoing communication with Brokers and Client liaison teams telephonically and via email, in respect of the status of their claims
    • Recoveries and third-party approaches
