    RPO Recruitment's client in the Construction Industry is currently seeking a Compliance Officer/Administrator to join their team in Cape Town. As a leading recruitment agency, RPO Recruitment is dedicated to finding exceptional candidates for our clients' specific needs.

    As the Compliance Officer/Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high standards within the organization. Your attention to detail and thorough understanding of compliance requirements will contribute to the company's success in the construction industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
    • Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews to identify areas of improvement
    • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards
    • Manage compliance documentation and records
    • Provide training and education on compliance matters to employees
    • Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues or breaches
    • Collaborate with internal departments to implement compliance controls
    • Stay updated on changes in regulations and proactively address potential compliance risks
    • Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies as required

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or Administrator in the construction industry
    • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards in construction
    • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
    • Ability to effectively communicate and train employees on compliance matters
    • Proficient in using relevant compliance software and tools
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
