    Dynamic Virtual Sales Account Manager

    We are looking for a proactive and outcome-driven Virtual Sales Account Manager. The chosen candidate will be tasked with achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets by selling to existing and potential non-business customers utilizing phone calls, advanced web technologies, and face-to-face interactions. The VSAM will establish direct connections with end-user organizations and collaborate closely with the team to maximize revenue prospects within these accounts.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Customer Engagement Management: Develop relationships within the assigned customer base to facilitate the sales process from creating demand to closing opportunities.
    • Understand the Marketable Area. Utilize local market knowledge and client base to identify business prospects. Execute sales campaigns and special offers aligned with the sales plan.
    • Create Client Strategies that address customer needs and propose solutions to enhance business revenue.
    • Formulate Territory & Account Plans, allocate and prioritize internal and external resources (virtual and physical) to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
    • Promote comprehensive solutions to clients to secure ownership of the client base and showcase the Business's true value proposition.
    • Offer primary support and escalate secondary and tertiary support to customer services.
    • Minimum Qualifications
    • Three years of B2B sales background, with a preference for experience in the Telecommunications sector.
    • Proven expertise in customer relations with a solid sales track record.
    • Proficient sales abilities: strategic account planning, proactive outreach, SWOT analysis, additional sales, forecast precision.
    • Goal-driven. Consistent delivery of sales targets and anticipated revenue goals.
    • Effective communication, negotiation, business insight, and presentation capabilities.
    • Exceptional planning and organizational proficiencies.
    • Experience collaborating with field agents, associates, technical, and operational teams to devise sales approaches and reach targets.
    • Efficient in constructing relationships, strategic planning, and operational competency.
    • Capable of performing well under stress and demonstrating a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
