    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform dimensional and visual inspection of incoming raw materials according to work instructions
    • Conduct various inspections throughout the production process
    • Complete all necessary documentation and reports
    • Maintain quality records and control charts
    • Ensure compliance with product drawing specifications
    • Manage gauges and measuring instruments
    • Liaise with relevant personnel regarding quality and documentation
    • Administer quarantine areas and follow procedures
    • Conduct internal process audits
    • Implement requested controls
    • Provide shop floor quality training
    • Analyze and report non-conformance
    • Perform process capability studies
    • Read and interpret technical drawings
    • Enforce quality checks
    • Stop production when necessary
    • Calibrate measuring equipment
    • Communicate non-conformance with suppliers and production units
    • Assist with quality audits
    • Participate in quality meetings
    • Analyze daily scrap data
    • Maintain ISO management system
    • Contribute to the VAVE process

    Professional Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Knowledge of ISO standards
    • Training in Quality Inspection

    Professional Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years of quality control experience in manufacturing
    • Experience with measuring equipment
    • Ability to read technical drawings
    • Basic computer skills
