- Utilize Zoho People to manage and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, performance evaluations, and training records.
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed correctly in Zoho People.
- Generate and maintain reports related to HR metrics, such as employee turnover, attendance, and training progress, using Zoho People's reporting tools.
- Support HR processes such as performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and promotions by tracking relevant data and documentation in Zoho People.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement and update HR policies and procedures within Zoho People to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing timely and accurate information and support.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of HR data in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Stay updated on Zoho People's features and functionality, providing training and support to employees and managers as needed.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, systems, and employee experience.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role, with proficiency in using Zoho People or other HR management systems.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing HR data and records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, managers, and external partners.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR reporting and analytics is a plus.
