    Description

    JOBJACK is looking for a self-starter to join our People Team as the Talent Acquisition Specialist.

    In this role, you will be a key player in championing our end-to-end recruiting function. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing JOBJACK applicants as well as continuously driving improvement in our recruitment process to help build the team that Employes the World.

    Responsibilities

    1. Recruitment Planning

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop industry-relevant roles to attract top talent.
    • Schedule and sit into job gradings to ensure all roles are evaluated concerning market-related data before their launch dates.

    2. Sourcing and Candidate Outreach

    • Utilize multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to source high-quality candidates.
    • Proactively reach out to potential candidates and build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    • Develop relationships with relevant communities to attract top talent and foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

    3. Selection and Evaluation

    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and virtual interviews and reference calls to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
    • Use various interview techniques and evaluation methods to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
    • Collaborate with the Psychometric team to incorporate assessment tools and ensure a comprehensive evaluation process.
    • Draft competitive and market-related offers and assist with offer negotiations where applicable.

    4. Process Experience and Engagement

    • Coordinate and schedule interviews and document interview feedback to ensure a positive and efficient experience for hiring managers.
    • Provide a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, acting as a brand ambassador for JOBJACK to convey our company culture and values to prospective candidates.
    • Gather feedback from candidates and continuously improve the recruitment experience based on their insights.

    5. Process Improvement and Innovation

    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes via monthly deep diving.
    • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the success of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Regularly review and update recruitment policies and documentation to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
    • Conduct recruitment retros after each role has been filled to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency in the recruitment process and suggest innovative solutions.

    Requirements

    • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven experience with various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
    • Proficiency in head-hunting techniques, applicant tracking systems and other screening recruitment tools.
    • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
