Description

Our Banking client is urgently in need of an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their wealth division in Cape Town.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity to work as a Cluster Talent Specialist (3 business units).

Individual will be expected to fulfill the following functions:
Support with recruitment function of 3 business units, ranging from Middle management to Senior management positions

Sourcing

Advertising

Interviewing

Talent mapping

Work on special projects

Stakeholder engagement

Must have:

Matric

HR related qualification

No less than 5 -10 years' recruitment experience

Proficient with SAP

Excellent track record (Placement track record, conversion time)

Clear ITC, Crim and Fraud

No job hoppers

Valid reasons for leaving past companies

Excellent English communication - written and verbal

Presentation skills

Deadline driven

Innovative

Can think outside of the box

Keep abreast of recruitment trends

Ethical

Energetic

On-boarding of new staff
