    As a Graphic Designer at , you will play a crucial role in creating visually engaging designs that enhance our brand presence and drive sales. Working closely with our marketing and creative teams, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including digital marketing campaigns, website graphics, email newsletters, social media content, and promotional materials.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with the brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling design solutions within specified deadlines.
  • Create high-quality graphics for digital and print collateral, including but not limited to, website banners, social media ads, email templates, product packaging, and offline marketing materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design assets and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating new techniques and technologies into your work.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet project milestones and deliverables.

    • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the agency, e-commerce or fashion industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with a focus on digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus.
  • Proficient in Asana or Trello for project management.
  • Advanced video editing skills, including proficiency in Premiere Pro (Adobe) or After Effects.
  • Efficient use of Apple Mac system.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • High level of creativity and innovation in design solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.).
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of working on multiple briefs simultaneously.
  • Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines consistently.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to also work independently when necessary.
  • Capacity to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
