Salary:
R12,000 - R18,000 per month (Based on experience)

Realness Institute is looking for a junior graphic designer to join our growing team. As a junior graphic designer, you will be an integral part of our creative team. You will be tasked with transforming ideas into captivating designs.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, website etc.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance our brand's visual identity
  • Collaborate with participants to create engaging pitch decks on our various programmes
  • Communicate effectively with participants to understand project requirements and deliver impactful design solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards

Requirements:


  • Matric
  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design
  • Must own a laptop.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software
  • Must be able to supply a portfolio of evidence
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Must be based in Cape Town

Pay:
R12 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
