Description

Are you passionate about cinema and story telling? Realness Institute is looking for a second Programme Manager.

The Programme Manager supports the Director of Programmes in the planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful delivery of the programmes.

Responsibilities:

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Assist with creating programme budgets
Develop and implement processes that are effective and efficient, including the management of IT systems
Assist the Director of Programmes with creating and coordinating the programme schedule
Act as a main point of contact for stakeholders, including programme partners, funders, participants, guest speakers.
Source information and work with the graphic designer to produce programme materials
Administratively support the Director of Programmes, Programmers and Teaching Team in their delivery of the programme
Administratively support marketing personal
Manage support staff
Receive Invoices for processing
Assist with reporting (narrative and financial reports)
Maintain digital filing system and database
Update the website

Requirements:

Experience in the planning, coordinating and the successful delivery of arts and cultural programmes
Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage overlapping programmes, to prioritize and meet deadlines
Excellent knowledge of various company functions and processes
High degree of initiative and proactiveness
Good leadership skills
Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and Website software
You MUST BE Cape Town based and have a driver's license

Salary:
R15, R25,000.00 per month
