Description

Our client, a leading forex broker is looking for a junior graphic designer to work as a fundamental part of the creative and marketing team.

This role is for a tech-savvy, out-of-the-box thinking individual who is looking to use their creative abilities to create and develop eye catching marketing collateral

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to use Adobe CC (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects but not limited to these) and other products (eg, canva) to create all marketing collateral which can also include banners, infographics, and mínimal motion graphics.
Strong conceptual thinking and design creation
Strong creative knowledge and ability to work across multiple brands at the same time
Knowledge of web design (front end) and tools

Expectations:

Perform well under pressure.
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy
Strong understanding of most web and app elements
Indepth knowledge of user experience and user interface design
Ability to own your own tasks and meet deadlines
Setting up artwork for digital and social media marketing platforms
Communication (quality of written & verbal communication and relationships)
Effective, clear, and professional communication of concepts, ideas, and processes
Good interpersonal skills and relationships with the team
Give and receive feedback effectively
Manage time effectively

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 2 years experience as a Junior Graphic Designer
Certificate in design
Adobe CC
Experience with printready artwork as well as digital
Motion graphic
Video editing

Salary:

R R15 000pm dependent on experience and qualifications
