    Description
    Tasks

    As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for implementing the product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy.

    You will also be responsible to implement all marketing activities, and support Sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products.

    Your tasks as a Business Development Manager will include the following:

    Strategy:

    Implement the local go-to-market product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.


    Targets:
    Achieve product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed.

    Business Plans:
    Execute annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units or Product Groups. Prepare business plans focused business development for a defined market.

    Analysis:
    Coordinate market analyses with sales team members and define appropriate forecast and plans. Evaluate and share customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

    Sales:
    Oversee sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to sales team(s).

    Training:
    Drive sale efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (Technical and sales) for each person. Facilitate know how sharing and cross-collaboration.
    Requirements

    Ideally you will have Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering Heavy Current coupled with more than 5 Years of experience in sales.

    Your knowledge on Medium Voltage portfolio would be an added advantage. willing to travel extensively in SSA will make you the ideal candidate.
