Key accountabilities:


  • Provide support in all administration responsibilities to the Key Account Manager.
  • Assist with communications between customers, A1L professionals and A1L on issues such as: contract management, invoicing, complaints, quality of service.
  • Ability to interpret CVs for (IT) Information Technology roles.
  • Able to identify new opportunities that will help clients and the Account Manager to achieve their business objectives.
  • Account management exp.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Strong networker, who adapts well to changing priorities, demonstrates resilience, flexibility and energy.
  • Experience in dealing with tight deadlines and dealing with complex roles and business areas.
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.

Experience:


  • 2 years Account Management experience / customer relations
  • Recruitment Exp/exposure to IT Recruitment would be advantageous.
  • Financial background will be an added advantage.

Education:


  • A relevant diploma or Degree would be advantageous.
