Key accountabilities:
- Provide support in all administration responsibilities to the Key Account Manager.
- Assist with communications between customers, A1L professionals and A1L on issues such as: contract management, invoicing, complaints, quality of service.
- Ability to interpret CVs for (IT) Information Technology roles.
- Able to identify new opportunities that will help clients and the Account Manager to achieve their business objectives.
- Account management exp.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Strong networker, who adapts well to changing priorities, demonstrates resilience, flexibility and energy.
- Experience in dealing with tight deadlines and dealing with complex roles and business areas.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.

Experience:
- 2 years Account Management experience / customer relations
- Recruitment Exp/exposure to IT Recruitment would be advantageous.
- Financial background will be an added advantage.
Education:
- A relevant diploma or Degree would be advantageous.
