    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for an experienced Event Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Pietermaritzburg.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for events, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the event.


    The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, as well as at least two years of experience in event marketing.

    The candidate should also have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Developing and executing marketing plans for events
    • Managing the day-to-day operations of the event
    • Coordinating with vendors and other stakeholders
    • Developing and managing budgets
    • Creating and distributing promotional materials
    • Tracking and analyzing event performance
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and other stakeholders
    • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
