    Our client is currently recruiting for an HR Administrator. This role will expose you to a diverse working environment and the opportunity to connect with other individuals in the organization. This is a 1-month contract.

    Location: Hatfield, Pretoria (office based)

    ROLE PURPOSE

    The purpose of this role is emphasizing the handling of confidential documents is twofold: first, to ensure the protection of sensitive employee information such as personal records, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Second, it signifies a commitment to upholding legal and ethical standards regarding data privacy and confidentiality, essential to build and maintain trust between the HR department and employees. This emphasis highlights the critical role of maintaining strict confidentiality protocols to safeguard sensitive information, mitigate risks of data breaches, and preserve the integrity of HR operations within the organization

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES KEY ACTIVITIES

    • Proficient in comprehensive employee file management, encompassing meticulous sorting, scanning, and preservation of electronic versions on SharePoint. Additionally, adept in external archiving processes, and potentially involved in data capturing with a minor administrative role.
    • Demonstrated experience handling confidential documents essential for HR purposes, emphasizing a commitment to maintaining the utmost confidentiality in all aspects of document management.
    • Exceptional communication skills with a fluency in English, ensuring effective verbal and written communication within the professional environment.
    • Previous experience in an HR setting, providing a nuanced understanding of the intricate dynamics associated with human resources management.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, showcasing the ability to navigate and utilize key tools for efficient document handling and data management.
    • Minimum educational requirement of Matric, underscoring a foundational level of academic qualification essential for the responsibilities associated with the role. A stringent background check will be conducted to verify the absence of judgments or criminal record
