About Nombulelo Faith Sinxoto:

Good day to you I have been working as HR generalist for more than 10 years. Over the years I been providing HR services of which corporate governance was part of my role as I had to ensure compliance with current legislation governing the organisation, development of policies and constant review. Ensuring implementation and obedience to the government laws and company policies and procedures. Constant benchmarking of our processes with operations of the same industry nationally and internationally. In my tenure I have implemented various programmes nationally in provinces, for specific clients like South African Local Government Authority (SALGA), National Treasury, LGSETA, Department of Labour, Traditional Affairs and Justice and other government departments, and for international partners like KfW, World Bank, Anglo American and SADC initiatives.   With this kind of role proper planning and scheduling work for each project, and each province or client is critical as it accommodates different and unique views of clients.  This enables customisation and meeting client’s specific needs.

 

My passion for excelling in this field, is diversity and positively impacting on peoples lives, relationship building, interaction with people at different levels has led to achieving of my planned goals over this period. I have led a team of experts in HR management sphere like Employee Relations, Payroll and Remuneration, Skills Development and Employment Equity, Performance management and Organisation Development, HR Administration, Employee Wellness and Occupational Health, and a team of administrators. Managing and ensuring compliance with South African legislations governing operations of organisations is key to my operations. Constant researching and benchmarking of our processes with operations of the same industry nationally and internationally to keep abreast with new developments. I am passionate about impacting positively on peoples lives through my skills and capacities to ensure that our strategic clients receive return on investment and are eager to acquire more of our services. Marketing our value chain has been core in my operations to ensure quality offerings, which best satisfies the needs of client. I have good interpersonal and communication skills that helps me achieve whatever objective I have and meeting of goals. I believe that as an HR expert I am more than capable to succeed in every area that deals with managing and implementation of HR programmes.
