    Description
    Minimum requirements:
    • Law degree from reputable university
    • Admitted attorney in South Africa in good standing with the LPC
    • 3 years of relevant experience in a midlevel role
    • Ability to see matters through to successful completion without undue oversight, but typically working
      in a team
    • Good working knowledge of company law
    • A strong interest and curiosity in corporate transactions, company legislation and related fields
    • Good understanding of exchange control
    • Good understanding of company secretarial work
    • Attending to advisory work in relation to corporate and commercial matters generally
    • Writing blog posts
    • Drafting and review of agreements
