    TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR (Service & Maintenance Division) fluent in Afrikaans

    Industry: Air Products

    Location: Pretoria East

    Offer: R 15 000, 00

    Our client has an opportunity for a Technical Administrators with a minimum of 5 years Technical administration experience.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRMENTS

    • Daily client services and quotations to large existing client base and new clients
    • Follow up on service schedule to generate new jobs
    • Follow up and liaise with clients to obtain purchase orders
    • Follow up and liaise with the technical workshop team regarding scheduling of jobs and ETA of parts
    • Issuing of service reports
    • Fully bilingual Afrikaans & English and must have good communication skills to interact with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
    • Must have own reliable transport
    • Must live in Pretoria
    • Contactable HR references and must pass background checks.
    • Able to handle the technical environment and technical terminology
    • Detail orientated and organized.
