About Koketso Motlhamme:

 have 13 years experience working for the city of Tshwane as a licence office until my resignation in 2020 to focus and further my studies in Information technology

I have strong general office administration and management, coordinating the activities of the organizations and providing administrative support to all relevant officials or unit. I have strong experience in maintaining an adequate filing system and database, formatting and editing of documents;

I have great customer service qualities including liaising with internal and external stakeholders. I have good financial monitoring and administration and have extensive good communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills. I maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to at all times; Great ability to manage time and work under pressure.
I have extensive experience working with of Ms. Office suite; and I'm able to work independently and great with a team.
I currently work at Icebolethu group as a call centre agent,( Icebolethu funerals)
