Responsibilities include servicing government as a private sector consultant in Policy Development, management and review towards championing sound strategic planning, policy analysis and conduct research for support structure for decision making through Government Budgeting and Cycles (Division of Revenue Act Estimates of National Expenditure and Budget Prioritization Plans, Medium Term Expenditure Framework  Analysis of Annual Performance Plans, Monitoring & Evaluation and Facilitation of support initiatives. Formulate SDF’s IDP’S and Multiyear Service Delivery Implementation Plans. Georeferencing Financial Expenditure . Human Settlements Master Plans I have formulated 6th Government Administration MTSF 2019 -2024 and NDP 5 Year Plan. Part of developing SPLUMA Act 2013 and Enactment.

12 years + in High level Spatial Planning, Government and Private Sector Strategic Planning, Policy Development, Financial - PFMA. Municipal Planning and Service Delivery Implementation Plans.
