- Creation of high-quality, realistic 3D models, textures, and renderings using 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Photoshop, and other industry-standard software.
- Proficiency in modeling-specific tools such as iToo Railclone.
- Collaboration with design team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Use of lighting, shading, and other visual elements to enhance the realism of 3D models.
- Optimization of 3D models for performance and application requirements.
- Keeping up with industry trends and advancements in 3D visualization.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project needs.
- Demonstrating honesty, integrity, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
- Displaying understanding, patience, and kindness in interactions with clients and team members.
- Fostering a positive work environment with a positive demeanor.
- Read, understand and interpret plans
- 2 - 3 years' experience as a 3D Artist or similar role.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Photoshop, and other relevant software.
- Strong technical skills in 3D visualization, texturing, and rendering.
