Description
RPO Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency, is looking for an HR Generalist to join our client's team.

As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

You will work closely with our clients to provide expert HR advice and support, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
  • Manage HR administration tasks, including employee data management, HRIS maintenance, and report generation
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all HR practices
  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees on various HR matters

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HRrelated software
