Description

RPO Recruitment is seeking a Corporate Finance Advisor to join our client's team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial advice and support to our clients. As a Corporate Finance Advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.

You will evaluate financial data, conduct analysis, and provide recommendations for capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.

Your expertise and insights will be instrumental in helping clients make informed financial decisions and achieve business growth.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives
Evaluate financial data and conduct analysis to develop strategic financial recommendations
Assist clients in raising capital through debt or equity financing
Provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, including conducting due diligence and valuation analysis
Prepare financial models and forecasts to support decisionmaking
Monitor market and industry trends to identify potential opportunities for clients
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including legal and tax advisors, to execute financial transactions
Stay uptodate with financial regulations and compliance requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and capital markets
Proficient in financial modeling and using financial software
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
