- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders
- Ensuring the team has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
- Planning and prioritizing product feature backlog and development for the offer/product
- Fully understanding the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities to enable onward articulation into the development team
- Driving pilot clients through the transition process
- Assisting the transition team with any gaps in enabling new capabilities and features
- Assessing value, prioritizing backlog items based on value, time, and team dependencies
- Providing backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories
- Working closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Leading the planning of product release plans and setting expectations for delivery of new functionality/capability
- Providing an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release and iteration goals
- Establishing story acceptance criteria and accepting stories into the baseline
- Ongoing operational ownership of the Product post MVP completion
- Capturing and maintaining Service Delivery capabilities
- Establishing a continual engagement with the GTM and Operational teams
- Building out dashboards and product optimization strategies
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification
- Implementing & Leading SAFe certification
- Technical qualification/certification or experience related to Product
- Applicable knowledge of technologies and portfolio of offers used by the team
- Deep knowledge and understanding of systems and processes that a product is enabled through
- Demonstrable knowledge of product development in an ICT industry
- Strong knowledge of SAFe's practices and its application/operation
- Strong communication aptitude, with an innate ability to say "no" in a way that will not discourage or upset the business

- Ability to relate to, and integrate with alternate development methodologies (e.g. waterfall)
